TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been dispatched and is on its way.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International deliveries may be subject to customs charges*. For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. For further details regarding taxes and customs duties, our tax and duties calculator is available in the checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Please see product descriptions to find out if an item can be delivered internationally. Exclusions apply to alcohol and items of a perishable nature. Specific exclusions can also apply to individual items dependent on the country of export. Again, please refer to the information in the product’s description.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Customs may inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause delays. Please provide a valid recipient telephone number to avoid any further delays. This number may be required by local customs and delivery agents.

COLLECT FROM PETWOOD

Save time and effort with our ‘Collect from Petwood’ service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them directly from the Petwood Hotel. Please contact us on 01526 352411 to arrange your collection.

 

WHAT YOU NEED WHEN YOU COME TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER

Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.

Any orders overdue by more than 5 days will be put back to stock and we will contact you to arrange a refund of your order.

Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the agreed collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection.
